Mark Setterstrom (born March 3, 1984) is an American football guard who currently plays for the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Rams in the seventh round (242nd overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at Minnesota.

Setterstrom played collegiately at the University of Minnesota from 2002 - 2005. During his career with the Gophers, Mark was a two time All-Big Ten first team selection (2004-2005), a 2nd team All-American (2005) and a Rivals.com All American (2004).[1]

In his rookie season with St. Louis, Setterstrom appeared in seven games, starting six of those at left guard.[2]
Setterstrom suffered a torn ACL but is expected to be ready by Week 1 but he will miss some of the workouts.

Mark's older brother Chad Setterstrom is a backup guard for the New Orleans Saints.[3]
