Mark Noel Foster Robinson (born 26 December 1946) is a British Conservative politician.
Robinson was Member of Parliament (MP) for Newport West from 1983 until 1987, when he lost the seat to Labour. He had served as a junior Welsh minister for two years. He was subsequently elected to Somerton and Frome in 1992, but lost there in 1997 to the Liberal Democrat David Heath, by 130 votes. During his time as Newport West MP, Robinson was appointed parliamentary private secretary to former Prime Minister Edward Heath, a new role relating to an ex-Premier. This led to some Westminster wags calling it a 'Heath Robinson relationship'. Robinson was a barrister by profession.
