Mark "The Hoor" Kingsley Roberts (born 29 October 1975 in Irvine) is a Scottish professional footballer. He currently plays for Scottish First Division club Partick Thistle.
He previously played for Kilmarnock, Falkirk, Airdrieonians, Shelbourne, Raith Rovers and Airdrie United.
He signed for Thistle in August 2005 and scored a double in his first game vs Dumbarton. He scored 22 goals in the season Jags got promoted from Division 2 - (2005/2006). Signed a 2 year deal taking him up to end of 2007/2008 season. Roberts is one of 5 nominees currently competing for the Scottish First Division Player of the Year award for season 2006/2007. After a dip in form due to illness, he is enjoying a return to form, mentoring fellow Thistle striker Liam Buchanan. Affectionately known as The Hoor - This name was given to him by atleastidontlooklikeowencoyle during a Lancaster v Thistle preseason game.
