Mark Pilkington (born 17 March 1978) is a Welsh professional golfer. He was born in Bangor, Wales.

Pilkington has played on the Challenge Tour and the European Tour. He was the money leader on the Challenge Tour in 2006. His only professional win was at the Kazakhstan Open on the Challenge Tour in 2006. His best Order of Merit finish on the European Tour was 81st in 2002, he won 283,759 that year.
