Mark "Pancho" Pearson, (born in October 28, 1939 in Ridgeway), was an English football forward. Pearson started his professional career with Manchester United F.C.. He would play with United from 1957 until 1964 when he was sold to Sheffield Wednesday F.C.. During his United career, he made 80 appearances and scored 14 goals. In 1965 Mark Pearson was signed by Fulham F.C. and played a pivotal role in that club's astonishing escape from relegation in the 1965/1966 season. Fulham looked doomed until an astonishing 2-0 win against Liverpool who at the time were the runaway league leaders (and eventual champions)sparked them into a sequence of 10 wins out of their last 13 matches. He left Fulham for Halifax F.C. in 1968.
