Mark Nelson (North Dakota)

Col. Mark A. Nelson is the superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol and is a native of St. James, Minnesota. He has been a member of the highway patrol since 1981 and is a graduate of the Northwestern University Traffic Institute's School of Police Staff and Command (1991) and Park University (2002) in Parkville, Missouri.
