[edit] Barangay Ginebra Kings
A walk-in during one Ginebra practice, this former San Sebastian College hotshot averaged 9.7 points in the last All-Filipino tournament, fourth on the star-studded team. That breakout performance rewarded him an extended stay with the Kings. His 43.6 percent clip from the three-point zone was No. 1 among locals last season, a big feat for a player who was left unsigned after the 2005 Draft.Mark made a name for himself with an outstanding performance in the quarterfinal series against Red Bull in the Philippine Cup and was considered Barangay Ginebra's X-factor. Too bad the Kings lost that series and Macapagal’s streak of good games came to an end.
[edit] Coca-Cola Tigers
Macapagal was involved in a 4 team trade that sent him to Coca-Cola.[1]
