Mark Leon Gunter (February 6, 1976, Saint Paul, Minnesota U.S.) is an American drummer. He is well-known for his contributions to various bands, as well as works released under his own band Myriad Image. He was diagnosed with diabetes in 2004.

Mark is married with five children. Austin Michael (1999), Allison Rae (2001), Meghan Leigh(2003), Madison Noel (2004), Morgan Taylor (2006). Mark married on October 30th 1999 to Heather Rae Green. Mark and Heather met while employed at an Arby's fast food establishment.

His many drum technics he has recorded over the years exhibit a wide diversity of playing techniques and sounds. However, several themes are recognizable in many of his works. His solos often feature fast, articulated runs with a pronounced stick attack, long, hard, solid drumming, and harmonized leads.
