Mark Goldblatt

Mark Goldblatt is an Academy Award nominated, American film editor, and director. A graduate of the London Film School, he is a member, and a former president, of the American Cinema Editors, or ACE society, as well as, a member of the Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He is the father of actor and director Max Goldblatt.

Goldblatt has edited over 30 films, including such notable films as, Halloween II (1981), The Terminator (1984), Predator 2 (1990), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Pearl Harbor (2001), and X-Men: The Last Stand (2006).

Goldblatt has also directed the films Dead Heat (1988) and The Punisher (1989), and an episode of Eerie, Indiana.

Goldblatt is a winner of Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, Saturn Award for Pirhana (1978), and a Satellite Award for X-Men: The Last Stand, and was twice nominated for ACE's, Eddie Award for his work on True Lies and X-Men.
