Mark Egan (rugby player)

Mark Egan is an Irish rugby player who has played for Terenure College and Terenure College RFC. He graduated from Oxford University (where he captained the Blues) and went from there to play rugby for Kobe Steel's team in Japan, now called Kobelco Steelers. He is now a senior official (Head of Rugby Services) at the International Rugby Board in Dublin and a spokesman for the IRB on key administrative issues.
