Mark Dubrulle

Mark Dubrulle (26 January 1943, Ghent, Belgium) is a Belgian businessman and environmentalist. He was a member of the Coudenberg group, a Belgian federalist think tank.
He was trained at the Naval School and spent two years at sea. He graduated in psychology and sociology at the Social Academy of Ghent.
Mark Dubrulle is the Managing Director of Dubrulle s.cr.l., a cooperative services consultancy, and Executive Director of the Europe of Cultures Forum. He is a Board Member of EU Chapter of the Club of Rome and President of the European Society for Environment and Development (ESED). He is a founding member of the Belgian confederation of nature conservation and environmental organisations, he was National Secretary of the Bond Beter Leefmilieu / Inter-environnement from 1970 to 1980. He was a co-founder and, from 1980 to 1982, the first Secretary of the Flemish green party AGALEV.
