Mark Davitt is the Iowa State Representative from the 74th District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2003.
Davitt currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Agriculture committee; the Natural Resources committee; the Ways and Means committee; and the Ethics committee, where he is chair. He also serves on the Education Appropriations Subcommittee.
Davitt was re-elected in 2006 with 5,802 votes, defeating Republican opponent Doug Shull. [1]
