Mark Chignell is a professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto, Canada and the Director of the Interactive Media Lab.
Chignell received a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, from the Ohio State University, and a Ph.D. in Psychology frm the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He was also an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, University of Southern California.
Chignell has coauthored several books, including one on Intelligent Databases.
