Mark Bonner (born June 7, 1974 in Ormskirk, Lancashire) is an English former professional footballer. Bonner is currently the Development Coach at Southend United.
Bonner began his career in 1991 at Blackpool, where he progressed through the youth ranks under Jimmy Mullen and Graham Carr, and became a regular in the first team under Billy Ayre during the latter's final two years with the Tangerines.
After seven years and four managers in his time at Bloomfield Road, Bonner moved south to join Cardiff City in 1998. He was reunited with Ayre at Ninian Park, where he was assistant manager to Frank Burrows.
Bonner joined Oldham in 2004. He retired in 2006 due to injury.
