Mark Anthony Andaya (born March 22, 1981 in Manila, Philippines) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Red Bull Barako. He was drafted 8th overall by Talk N' Text in 2006.

Andaya played 22 games for the Air21 Express and averaged 2.8 points per game and 1.5 rebounds per game in very limited minutes of exposure. He was waived by the Red Bull Barako in the 2008 PBA Fiesta Conference to make room for Adam Parada.
On April 14, 2008, he was signed back by the Red Bull Barako as a fill-in in the Junthy Valenzuela trade.[1]
