Mark Americus Costantino

Mark Americus Costantino (b. April 9, 1920, Staten Island, NY, d. June 17, 1990, Staten Island, NY) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Constantino received an LL.B. from Brooklyn Law School in 1947. He was nominated to the court by Richard M. Nixon on April 26, 1971, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294, confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 1971, and received his commission on May 20, 1971. He assumed senior status on December 1, 1987 and his service terminated on June 17, 1990, due to death.
