Mark Aizlewood (born 1 October 1959 in Newport) is a former Welsh professional footballer and Wales international.

Aizlewood played for Leeds United and captained them from 1987 to 1989. He also played for Bradford City, Luton Town and Newport County. He played 39 times for Wales between 1986 and 1994.

Before he joined Leeds, Aizlewood was captain of Charlton Athletic and won the player of the year award for two consecutive years but after heavy barracking from the crowd at one match he responded by making a rude gesture and as such was stripped of the captaincy and was allowed to join Leeds for £200,000.

Aizlewood was assistant manager of Chester City in 2004–05 under Ian Rush. He also attends several coaching schemes in the South Wales area. His older brother Steve Aizlewood was also a professional footballer with Newport County and Portsmouth
