Marius Trygg (born June 1, 1976 in Norway) is a Norwegian ice hockey forward. He is currently playing for Stavanger Oilers in the GET-ligaen. He has played four seasons with the Swedish Elitserien club Färjestads BK and won the Swedish Championship with them in 2002. His twin brother, Mats Trygg, is currently playing ice hockey for DEL-team Kölner Haie
