Marius Tincu

Marius Tincu (born Vanatori, 7 April 1978) is a Romanian rugby union footballer. He plays as a hooker. Since 2007, he holds dual French-Romanian citizenship.
He was first noticed in Romania, but soon moved to France, were he already played for Rouen, La Teste, Section Paloise (until 2005). He currently plays for USA Perpignan, since 2005/2006.
Tincu played his first game for Romania in 3 February 2002. He has played 34 times for the side, scoring 13 tries and 65 points.
He played all the four games at 2007 Rugby World Cup, scoring three tries, in the games with Italy, Portugal and New Zealand.
