Marius Marcel Constantin is a Romanian football player, who plays as a central defender at Rapid Bucureşti. He was transferred at Rapid from FC Braşov in 2004. Constantin is known for receiving many yellow and red cards during his career.

He made his international debut on 27th May 2004 in a match versus Éire (Éire-Romania 1-0).
