Maritime Trading Center, a TV station in Constanţa, Romania. The station is financed by the Romanian Ministry of Transport. A scandal involving it happened in 2002 when $10 million were lost; this money should have been used to fund MTC's programs for the following few years.
Now, the TV station is a small one, with a minimal share rate and rating.
