Mario Antonio Cáceres Gomez (born 17 March, 1981) is a Chilean football (soccer) striker who plays for Union Española.
He also played European football in Sporting Clube de Portugal, Colo-Colo, Aris FC and PAS Giannena.

Cáceres made his debut for Colo-Colo in 1998, later was sent on loan to Ñublense and Everton de Viña del Mar, respectively.
He was signed by Sporting Clube de Portugal after impressively performance at 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship but back to Colo-Colo in 2001, where he played until 2003.
At the start of 2004 season he switched side for Universidad de Concepcion, but next season for another university club Lobos de la BUAP at Mexican Primera División A. Before the start of Mexican Apertura season, he transferred to Greek side Aris FC at Beta Ethniki. In 2006, he back to Chile and started his third spell at Colo-Colo but returned to Greece in 2007 for Beta Ethniki side PAS Giannena.

He capped for U-20s side in 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship and Olympic team at 2004 CONMEBOL Men Pre-Olympic Tournament.
