Marinula filholi is a species of small air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusc in the family Carychiidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand including the Chatham Islands.

This snail lives in the splash zone on shaded rocks, under stones amongst Salicornia, or with rushes.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is elongate-ovate, solid, and smooth. The aperture is large with three strong plaits on the spreading inner lip callus, the uppermost very strong and the lowest slight.
Coloration is uniform, varying from white to reddish-brown.
Height is up to 11 mm, and the width is up to 6 mm.
