Marinko Galič

Marinko Galič (born 22 April 1970) is a Slovenian footballer who has represented his country at the two major tournaments for which they have qualified (Euro 2000 and Football World Cup 2002). He currently plays for Interblock Ljubljana.

He began his career plating for FC Koper in 1991 but in 1993 he became player of NK Maribor, where he played for three seasons. For first time he played abroad in 1996 for Dinamo Zagreb for two seasons and then he played for NK Mura. In 1998 he returned back to Maribor for another three seasons and then he signed for Rudar Velenje before he returned for another two years for the club he debuted, NK Koper. He left his country again in 2003 to play for the Chinese team Shandong Luneng and for the Cypriot team Apollon Limassol.
