Marie-Dominique Philippe

Marie-Dominique Philippe (born September 8, 1912 in Nord (department); died August 26, 2006 in Loire) was a Dominican philosopher and theologian. He was ordained in 1936. He was a professor of philosophy at the University of Fribourg from 1945 to 1982. Although he remained a Dominican he founded the "Community of St. John" in 1975.
