Mariana Duque Mariño (born August 12, 1989) is a Colombian tennis player, born in Bogotá.

She's is currently WTA's number 171 in the world, and ITFJunior's #34. The right-handed player, coached by Alejandro Pedraza, is highlighted by reaching Roland Garros Junior Tournament Final, in her very first appearance in a Grand Slam event. The Colombian defeated 10th seeded Ksenia Pervak in First Round, ousted World No. 1 in Juniors, Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in semifinals. Mariana lost the final to France's Alize Cornet in 3 sets.
