Maria Wong is a cartoon character from the Teletoon television series Braceface.

Wong is an Asian Italian. She is Sharon Spitz's best friend. They both attend Mary Pickford High School.

Maria Wong is particularly keen to boys, but she also loves playing sports. She usually supports Sharon during rough times.

Maria Wong's clothing usually includes a brown sweat-shirt, with pink t-shirt and pink pants to match the shirt. She wears black boots with pink triangles and pink pony tail laces. When she takes off her boots she wears no socks. Sharon made the comment that her feet smell when she was taking her shoes off. She also wears a black necklace with a diamond on it.

Maria Wong is voice-overed by Ohio native actress Marnie McPhail.

Brock Leighton has a crush on Maria Wong in the first series, but they do not date. Maria goes on to date him in later seasons. In the second series, Maria Wong wears one green t-shirt, white jeans and sometimes a white jacket and yellow jeans. She likes extreme sports: climbing, triathlons and sometimes football. She's a good friend to Sharon Spitz.
