Marguerite of Anjou and Maine

Marguerite of Anjou and Maine (1273December 31, 1299), Countess of Anjou and Maine, was the first wife of Charles of Valois a son of Philip III of France.

Marguerite was a daughter of Charles II of Naples and Maria of Hungary (1257-1323). She married Charles at Corbeil on August 16, 1290. Their children included:
