Marek Krzysztof Witkowski (born May 21, 1974 in Czechowice-Dziedzice) is a Polish kayaker who specialized in K4 events during his competitive career.

Witkowski won a bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia in the Men's 1000 metres K4 competition alongside Adam Seroczyński, Dariusz Białkowski and Grzegorz Kotowicz. That foursome captured the gold medal in the same event at the 1999 World Championships. Witkowski also won a silver medal in the Men's 1000 metres K4 at the 1994 World Championships, plus two bronze medals during the 1995 World Championships (Men's 500 metres K4 and Men's 1000 metres K4).
