Marden, Herefordshire

Marden is a village and civil parish in the English county of Herefordshire.
Marden is some seven miles due north of the city of Hereford. It is contiguous with the hamlets of Walker's Green and Paradise Green.
Marden is a small village on the outskirts of Hereford which is famous for the Card family dynasty. Mr Peter Card is a successful engineer and owns a house and grounds adjacent to the village pub. The Cards are a widely-respected family throughout the village with no fewer than 30 descendants in the surrounding area.
