[edit] Character history
Marcus is first introduced when he arrives at the wedding of Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and Eric Forrester (John McCook), having read about the event in a newspaper. Donna mistakenly believes he is part of the catering staff. But it is soon revealed that Marcus is the love child Donna gave up for adoption at age sixteen.
Soon after his arrival in Los Angeles, Marcus meets Phoebe Forrester (MacKenzie Mauzy) at Insomnia Cafe and the two soon begin a flirtation. Donna worked to get Eric to hire Marcus at Forrester Creations which he did at the shipping department with Ridge Forrester's other daughter Steffy Forrester. Steffy didn't reveal to Marcus that she was a Forrester but he soon found out from Donna who warned him to be cautious around Steffy saying she is the smarter of Ridge's daughters.
