Marcus Sahlman (born January 2, 1985) is a Swedish football player, who plays goalkeeper for Halmstads BK. He was third-keeper during Håkan Svenssons time in the club, but when Håkan left for AIK he took the step up in to the first team as second, during 2006 season he played about half of the league matches and Conny Johansson playing the rest. When Magnus Bahne arrived in 2007, Marcus demanded to be put on the transfer list since he wanted to play first team football, he went on a trial to AGOVV Apeldoorn in Holland but failed to get a contract[1], later in the middle of the season he went on loan to Trelleborgs FF for the rest of the season[2].
In 2008, in the absent of Magnus Bahne, he have started in all the league games until the Euro 2008.
