Marcos Saback (Marcos Cezar Silva Saback) is a Brazilian musician.

He comes from Salvador/Bahia in Brazil. He started his music carrier in the age of eleven years influenced from local rhythms.

In 1989 he started to study classic guitar with the Italian master Leonardo Vicceno Boccia.

ln 1990 he meat’s the Spanish guitar player Paco de Lucia, witch passed technical instructions and observations in relation flamenco music to him.

ln 1993 Paco de Lucia's percussionist, Ruben Dantes, invited him to study flamenco guitar with the gipsy guitarist Antón Gimenez and he traveled first time to Europe.

Since 1994 he is composing his own music’s including Latin-American rhythms, like samba, choro, bossa-nova, and baiao and others like rumba, merengue and guaguanco. He has already performed in a lot of different places.

In 1998 he lanced the CD “Calamares”, with nine own compositions inspirited by his music trajectory.

In 2000 he was with the “Marcos Saback Group” in Spain and Germany on Europe tour.

ln 2005 he lanced his second CD with the title “Magia Latina”, with ten own compositions in Latin-American rhythms.
