Marco Rullo (born September 21, 1976) is a professional cyclist.

Rullo was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and holds dual United States and Italian citizenship. Marco took up residence in the States in 2002 where he raced as an amateur, rising from Category 5 to Category 1. He signed on with Sportsbook.com Pro CT in 2003 and, after a successful season, he returned to Italy in 2004. He currently lives in Portland Oregon. His hometown is Valstagna Italy.

In 2004 Rullo established a new record (previously held by Italian cycling legend Marco Pantani) at the Crono Scalata Monte Grappa, covering the 26.5 kilometre, 1,567 metre ascent in a time of 1 hour 2.34 minutes.
