Marco Paulo Coimbra de Abreu, better known as Marco Abreu (born 8 December 1974 in Lubango, Angola), is an Angolan football left defender who as of May 2006, played for Portimonense. He is a member of a Portuguese family. He left Angola at the age of two for Portugal and is a replacement for left-back Yamba Asha, who is unable to compete due to suspension.

He is a member of the national team, and was called up to the 2006 World Cup. He made his debut at the 2006 African Cup of Nations in Egypt. However, an injury during the tournament in January has meant he has been out of action since.
