Marcia Morales Howard (born 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida).
Howard is currently a judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. It should also be noted she was in Private Practice from 1990 - 2003. She was a US Magistrate Judge from 2003 - 2007. In 2007 she was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as a United States District Judge.
