Marcelino Huerta (October 31, 1927 – October 8, 1985) was a head football coach at Heidelberg College. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2002.
He was the 25th head college football coach for the University of Wichita and Wichita State University located in Wichita, Kansas and he held that position for three seasons, from 1962 until 1964 (the school changed its name from the Municipal University of Wichita to Wichita State University in 1964). His overall coaching record at Wichita State was 14 wins, 15 losses, and 0 ties. This ranks him ninth at Wichita State in terms of total wins and 16th at Wichita State in terms of winning percentage.[1]
