Marcel Kerff (Martensvoeren, 2nd June 1886 - Moelingen, 7th August 1914) was an early twentieth century Belgian cyclist who participated in the 1903 Tour de France in 1903 and finished sixth. Shortly after the German invasion of Belgium at the beginning of the First World War, Kerff was assumed to have been spying on German soldiers and was hung subsequently[1]. A monument near the place were he died was erected later, to memorize all Belgian cyclists that died during the War.
