Marc Rodriguez

Marc Rodriguez is an actor who appeared in the movie Let me get a box, in which he played a young teenager looking for a good time in a new city. Marc began his career at the age of 10, when he played the part of a six year old boy that was in love with his 40 year old nanny and did everything he could so that one day he could be with her.

Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, ever since birth Marc bled maize and blue. Marc moved frequently as a small child. Moving from Ann Arbor to Ypsilanti, Michigan when he was only five years old. He had a great childhood in Ypsilanti making many life long friends. Right before Marc started middle school he moved yet again to a small town called Willis, Michigan. There he experienced the life of a country boy, owing horses and many other animals he got a new taste on life. He was only there for 3 years. Just before high school started he moved to Farmington, Michigan, where he quickly fit right in. He played football at the local Farmington High School where he shined. Many College scouts looked at Marc with much interest at the position of running back. Then on the first game his senior year he blew out his knee and all hope to play college ball was lost. Not only did Marc excel outside the class room, but he also excelled inside the class room. Marc attended the University of Michigan where he was going to study engineering.

Marc was not exactly the most study oriented student. He struggled to keep up with his academic work. Marc dropped out of college mid way though his junior year. He just dropped off the map for quite sometime. He was quoted saying that it was " A mental road trip ".

Marc showed up on the map again when he did a commercial for muscle milk. There he met his long time lover Eric Preston. Eric saw the potential that Marc had and made sure that he did everything in his power to make Marc a star. Marc had to start off small. He just could not find any directors that would take him. Marc and Eric fled the U.S. to go in search of a career in Mexico. Marc did many short local films in Mexico but never got his big break until he was invited to go to Spain.

Marc has received many awards to his contributions to the Spain film industry. He won the best actor of a short film, in the Spain film awards for his role in "Que Pasa?" in 2003 He also won best supporting actor in a short film with his role of Miguel in "Donde esta el bano?" in 2004
