Marc Bell is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Penthouse Media Group Inc, the owners of Penthouse magazine. Mr. Bell is also a Managing Director of Marc Bell Capital Partners LLC, an investment firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, targeting media and entertainment ventures; real estate; and distressed assets.

Prior to founding Marc Bell Capital in 2003, Mr. Bell served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Globix Corpoation.[1] He founded the predecessor company for Globix as a provider of desktop publishing systems in 1989 and added complementary services over time. This group of businesses called Bell Technology Group completed an IPO on the NASDAQ in 1996. Under Mr. Bell's leadership Bell Technology Group grew rapidly into Globix, a leading provider of corporate Internet solutions, with over 1,000 employees worldwide and a Fortune 100 client list. During his career Mr. Bell has been a seed investor in several start-up entities including iFilm, Vault.com, NetSat Express, Edgar Online, Earnings.com and SpamEx. He has also overseen several large scale real estate development projects including the build out of over 1 million square feet of office space.
Marc Bell has also been a producer of a number successful Broadway musicals and plays [2]:Jersey Boys - Tony Award Winner in 2006 for Best Musical, The Wedding Singer, The Times They Are-A Changin', August: Osage County, A Catered Affair
Mr. Bell is a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University, New York University School of Medicine. Mr. Bell and his wife founded The Marc and Ruti Bell Foundation in 2001 to foster education and medical research. Mr. Bell has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Babson College and a Masters in real estate from New York University.
