Marc Crosas Luque (born 9 January 1988 in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona, Catalonia) is a Spanish football (soccer) midfielder, currently playing for French club Olympique Lyonnais on loan from FC Barcelona.

[edit] FC Barcelona

He made his first team debut against CF Badalona in a Copa del Rey 2006-07 second-leg match, as a substitute to Andrés Iniesta in the 76th minute.

Crosas was named in the Barcelona squad who competed in the FIFA Club World Cup 2006 in December, in Japan.

On December 12, 2007 he played in his first Champions League match against Vfb Stuttgart at Camp Nou.

He is considered by many as an up-and-coming star. He has been compared by Lilian Thuram to Barça midfielder Xavi.

[edit] Olympique Lyonnais

On 11 January 2008, FC Barcelona and Olympique Lyonnais reached an agreement in which Crosas would play on loan for the French champions until the end of the season. However, he has not given up hope of playing for the Blaugrana, saying, "I leave with the intention to return. That is my objective."[citation needed]

Crosas made his Ligue 1 debut for Lyon on January 20, 2008 in a match against RC Lens, starting in place of the injured Juninho who was out with a dislocated toe. Unfortunately for him, Lyon suffered a disappointing defeat losing 0-3.
