Marc Bullen (born 12 July 1982) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.
He played for the Essendon Football Club from 2002 until the end of 2005, when he was delisted along with the likes of Damien Cupido, Mark Alvey, Sam Hunt, Ty Zantuck and Ben Haynes.
Picked at pick number 63 in the 2000 draft, in the 5 seasons he played for the Bombers, never really made the grade. During the 2003 and '04 seasons the young defender had patches of good form, playing 16 & 17 games respectively of the 22 standard season games. However 2005 was a brown patch for him in his short career and he only managed 7 games for the season. Despite rumours of trade interest from Port Adelaide, at the end of the season he was subsequently delisted. Essendon supporters were a bit disappointed as he showed some potential in his early career.
After his delisting from Essendon, Bullen moved to Adelaide in 2006 and signed on for the Port Adelaide Magpies in the SANFL where he has only played a total of 10 games throughout the year due to injury. However the games he has played in his been a stand out in most games averaging 21 disposals per game.
Bullen then accepted a coaching position for the Caulfield based Junior football club, Ajax under 17's, in Melbourne. He has coached his team to 2 victories and no losses early in the 2008 season.
