Marat Nailevich Izmailov (Марат Измайлов), (born September 21, 1982 in Moscow) is a football player currently playing as an attacking midfielder in the Portuguese Liga for Sporting Clube de Portugal, on loan from Lokomotiv Moscow.

Pacy and with the ability to beat defenders, also armed with a good long-distance shot, Izmailov is a product of Lokomotiv Moscow youth system. He was promoted from the Lokomotiv B-team to the starting lineup of the national team in the space of 6 months, debuting aged 19.

In July 2007, he was loaned for one season to Portugal's Sporting CP. The first official game he played was the Supertaça, on August 11, against F.C. Porto in Leiria. This match was won by Sporting with a single goal, with Izmailov scoring the 75th minute winner with a long distant effort.

On October 6, coming from the bench, Izmailov contributed with two (his first league ones) late goals in a 3-0 home win against Vitória Guimarães.

Izmailov was part of the Russian squad at the 2002 World Cup finals, also appearing in Euro 2004.
