Maranatha High School is a college preparatory Christian private school in Pasadena, California. The mission of Maranatha High School is to prepare students for living lives of purpose and distinction, as reflected by character, competency and community, by developing the whole student through relationships, to honor Jesus Christ. This co-ed high school opened in 1965. The Head of School is Charles (Chet) E. Crane. The athletic teams are known as the Minutemen. The school colors are Red, White, and Navy Blue. The school was located in Sierra Madre, California until 2005, when the school moved to its present location at the historic Ambassador College campus in Pasadena.
