'Mar Vista Senior High (MVH), in Imperial Beach, California, United States, is a high school established in 1951. Part of the Sweetwater Union High School District, the school serves students living in San Diego , San Ysidro, Chula Vista, and Imperial Beach, California. The current enrollment of the school is approximately 2,300 students.
Mar Vista has an award-winning Marine Science Academy called the Poseidon Academy. Students spend grades 9-12 in the academy. It is frequently called "a school within a school."
