I'm confused about what exactly the licensing situation is here. This is a photograph of a video game box cover. The copyright of the box art itself is presumably still owned by Electronic Arts or Activision or something like that, but this particular photograph of the art is (I guess?) owned by the person who took it. When asked in an email he allowed it to be licensed under the GFDL. How does that work with the subject of the photograph being probably still copyrighted? I've listed it under both GFDL and fair use, but that can't be right. Perhaps someone with more legal knowledge than me can figure out what to do in this situation. - Pwbrooks 22:25, 7 November 2005 (UTC)
