Maple Lake is a lake in Douglas County located approximately 6 miles (10 km) south of Alexandria, Minnesota. There are many other lakes of the same name in Minnesota. The city of Forada is situated directly northeast of the lake. Maple Lake is directly northeast of Lake Reno; the two lakes are divided at points only by Minnesota State Highway 29.
