Note: Possession of less than an ounce of marijuana by minors and adults under 21 is a class E felony in Nevada with a one year mandatory minimum prison sentence, so it hasn't been decriminalized there. However, first time older adult offenders receive a misdemeanor and a fine not exceeding $600.[1]
