Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Thank you. [1] (Requestion 15:24, 8 May 2007 (UTC))

The article Manuelalejandro has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 15:10, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of ManuelAlejandro

A tag has been placed on ManuelAlejandro, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD A7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. OnoremDil 15:14, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your conversion of the Penton Media page into a spam page for My Jewelry Box

Please stop. If you continue to move pages to bad titles or before discussions about the title have ended, as you did to Penton Media, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --A. B. (talk) 13:07, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of the My Jewelry Box and Talk:My Jewelry Box redirects

These redirects were created when I moved the Penton Media article back to the correct title. They are being deleted. --A. B. (talk) 13:34, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Spam blacklist

We are in the process of blacklisting your domains locally. That means our software filters will block them from being added to the English language Wikipedia. Please don't ever try vandalizing our articles again.

If you do spam again or move our pages around, that will force us to add your domains to the global spam blacklist. The global blacklist is used by more than just our 700+ Wikimedia Foundation wikis (Wikipedias, Wiktionaries, etc.). All 3000+ Wikia wikis plus a substantial percentage of the 25,000+ unrelated wikis that run on our MediaWiki software have chosen to incorporate this blacklist in their own spam filtering. Additionally, there have been rumours in various black hat search engine optimization forums that Google and other big search engines may be referring to our global blacklist when compiling their own black lists of search engine spam domains. So please, don't make us add your domains to the global list.
