Hi there. Sorry for the form letter welcome... I removed a link that you had re-added to the article after another editor removed it. The wikipedia guidelines on this are at WP:EL. These are just guidelines and sometimes there are good reasons not to follow them, but IMOHO you and the other editor should work this out on a talk page.
